If you have a high-grade reel you wish for me to evaluate, I would like to first discuss it by phone, and then either view it by photos or in-hand via UPS. I ask for a three day examination and return privilege. I will pay for the return shipping and insurance if we are unable to come to terms or if I do not wish to buy the item. This system is safe and fair to all concerned.
